Harvest and storage: spring, summer is collected, washed, dried.
[ ] the original morphology of Cypripedium guttatum SW, terrestrial plants, high 15-25cm. Rhizomes horizontal, slender. Stems erect, broken pubescent, near the central with 2 gold leaf. Leaves alternate or subopposite; leaf blade elliptic or ovate-elliptic. Length 5-12cm, width 2.5-4.5cm, apex acute or acuminate, dorsal veins sparsely pubescent. Flowers single, white with purple spots, often less than 3cm in diameter; sepals ovate-elliptic, long 1.5-2.2cm; combined sepals nearly strip or narrowly elliptic, long 1.2-1.8cm, apex 2 teeth. Back hair, margin finely ciliate; petals and sepals equaling nearly half, ovate, near violin-shaped, vase shape or obliquely ovate-lanceolate, long 1.3-1.8cm, inner surface of base with hairs; labellum almost and sepals and other large, subglobose, inflexed lateral lobes small, sac was almost not with the front inner edge; staminodes near the oval, apex subtruncate or retuse; stigma nearly rhombic; ovary pubescent.
