[ ] the original morphology of perennial herbs, high 40-90cm. Stems erect, number of stems in clusters, unbranched, with 4 obtuse angles, usually reddish, distally sparsely appressed hairs. Leaves opposite; petiole length 1-8cm; leaf blade herbaceous, ovate or broadly ovate, long 3.5-13cm, 3-12cm wide, apex with 3 or 5 cuspidate or 3 lobed, sometimes in upper leaves long acuminate, base broadly cuneate, margin coarsely dentate top students, sparsely short, following nearly glabrous; basal veins 3 strip. Monoecious or dioecious; inflorescence spicate, axillary, slender; male inflorescences in monoecious students at a lower axillary, male was 4-5 4-5, yellowish white, stamens; female inflorescences in monoecious having upper leaf axils, female flowers small, perianth tubular, light red, style linear, up to 2mm, night save.
