Harvest and storage: spring, summer harvest, remove fibrous roots, stems of seedlings and soil, washed, dried.
[ ] the original morphology of thin leaf of Scutellaria baicalensis, perennial, height of about 35cm. Stems erect, four prism, with along the edge are adnate short pilosulose. Leaves opposite; petiole short; leaf blade is thinner, lanceolate or triangular-lanceolate, length 1.7-3.3cm, width 3-6mm, apex obtuse, its inconspicuous shallowly cordate or subtruncate, glabrous above or spreading slightly hispid, below only on veins and leaf margin is adnate short fluff, more than the Department of a dispersion of fine granular glands.
