Medicine source: Cornaceae plant long Ye Shanhu fruit.
Latin animal mineral name: Aucuba himalaica Hook.f.et Thoms.var.dolichophylla Fang et Soong
Harvest and storage: 7-8 month when fruit is ripe for picking, dried.
[ ] the original form of Ye Shanhu; shrubs, height of about 3m. Narrow leaves rounded lanceolate or lanceolate, long 9-18cm, 1.5-3.5cm wide, glabrous below or only midvein pubescent, margin serrulate 4-7 on. Male contains the sequence cone, is sparsely hairy, ovary inferior, cylindrical. Drupe conical oval or elliptical in shape, length 1.3cm, diameter at the widest point about 1cm, deep red when mature. Florescence in April, fruit 7-8.

Ecological environment: students at altitudes of about 1000m of evergreen broad-leaved forest.
Resource distribution: located in Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guizhou etc..
