[Original form] perennial herb. Stems up to 25cm, the upper being white long hair and soft pale rusty scales. Leaves alternate; sessile; yellow-green, oblique oblanceolate or strip lanceolate, long 6-10cm, width 1.2-2.2 (-2.8) cm, apex acuminate or long acuminate, entire or pointed base with 1-2 teeth, the base of the narrow side of the blunt-shaped, wide side of the heart-shaped, the edge of a small tooth, the surface was sparse hair on the back of white along the veins sparsely long-pubescent, cystolith clear, dense; pinnate veins, lateral veins 5-6 pairs. Male inflorescence diameter 9mm, with many flowers; receptacle is not obvious; bracts about 6, Egg triangle; peduncle length 6-10mm, is a long soft hair. Male flower is piece 4 (-5), elliptic, 2-2.5mm, the base joint, stamens 4 (-5), no degradation of the pistil; female inflorescence with a short stalk or sessile, spend, nearly oblong receptacle, length 5-7mm, does not split or crack 2; bracts and more triangular, with eyelashes; small bracts many, linear or linear-shaped spoon. Achenes oval-shaped oval, about 3mm, with 8 longitudinal ribs. Flowering from March to May.

Environment: Born in altitude 400-800m of the ravine.
Resource distribution: distributed in Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou and other places.
