More than 2Yang Mei perennial is herbaceous, tall 12-50cm. Sheath closure; leaves linear, long 5-10cm, width of 4mm. Inflorescence usually consists of 5-12capitulum generation cymes; peduncle length ranging from capitulum, many flowered; prophyll broadly ovate, margin denticulate and ciliate; tepals yellowish brown or dark brown,2.5-3mm long; stamens 6, anthers ca. filament2 times; stigma brush and convolute.
