[ ] the original morphology of flower bush, tall 1.5-3m. Rarely treelike. Branchlets shoots pilose, scattered light yellow lenticels. Leaves opposite; petiole 1-2cm; stipules2 deep cleft to middle to near base, lobes caudate-acuminate, pilose; leaf blade elliptic oblong to lanceolate oblong, long 10-20cm, wide 4-8cm, apex acuminate, base cuneate, both surfaces pilose, sparsely above, below and very dense, leaf veins very obvious. Cymes terminal; bracts small; golden yellow flowers, nearly sessile; calyx ca.3mm, some flowers with 1lobes expanded into phyllodes, white; corollaceous canister shape, throat slightly dilated, long 1.5-2CM, sericeous. Capsule pours egg form or turbinate, ca.1cm, tawny.
