Leaves petiolate, lower petiole longer, up to 74cm; leaf blade ovate to narrowly ovate, long 5-12cm, base subrounded, truncate or slightly cordate, margin serrate, glabrous or abaxially on veins shorthair. Panicles ca.4.5mm, lobes ovate-elliptic to broadly ovate, apex acute; corolla outside the green with purple brown, corolla tube longer than lip spherical cylinder, upper lip, lobes suborbicular, margin overlap each other, lower lip lobes shorter and lower lip; stamens subequal; filaments flat, rough, staminode fanlike round; ovary long2-2.5mm, style slightly longer than ovary. Capsule broadly ovate, long 7-9mm. Florescence 7-8 month, month of fruit period 9-10.
